The firm provides legal services to the residents and businesses of Somerset West, Stellenbosch, Strand as well as the surrounding areas. It also markets its services to potential and existing clients situated in areas such as the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.
The firm provides a wide range of services to its clients, including (but not limited to) general litigation of both civil and commercial nature, criminal matters, family law (which includes divorces, maintenance matters, domestic violence matters and the drafting of ante-nuptial contracts), labour law matters, evictions (and other rental disputes), as well as drafting various legal documents/contracts for inter alia sale and lease purposes (both residential and commercial).
Mission: The firm wishes to establish itself as a preferred provider of legal services in the Helderberg area, specifically in matters and disputes involving civil litigation, commercial law, conveyancing and family law.

Wehan Goussard
He graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in 2005 and 2007 with B.Comm Law and LLB degrees and was admitted as an attorney on 16 April 2010. He specialises in High Court and Magistrate's Court litigation of both a civil and criminal nature as well as commercial matters.

Iaan Coetzee
He graduated from the University of the Free State in 2003 with a B.A Media Studies degree and thereafter completed his LLB degree through Unisa. He was admitted as an attorney on 13 July 2013 and heads up the commercial department (conveyancing, estates) while also handling civil litigation matters.

Gerhard Otto
He graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in 2005 and 2007 with degrees in B.Comm Law and LLB and was admitted as an attorney on 16 April 2010. He has since plied his trade in litigation, commercial-, contract- and family law and debt collections in both the High Court and Magistrate’s Court.
